Candy Cane 5K Run/Walk & Kid’s Jingle Bell Dash

Start your day and get into the holiday spirit participating in the Candy Cane 5K Run/Walk and the Kid’s Jingle Bell Dash presented by the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce. Held the same day as the Christmas Parade and Christmas Festival in the Park, the kids 1K and family friendly 5K run/walk starts the Christmas Festival in Germantown. With their Candy Cane 5K entry, kids 10 years and younger can enter the Jingle Bell Dash held before the 5K. Route will be starting at Firemen’s Park near the new shelter. The route winds through the quiet neighborhoods of Germantown; tots in strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome. The event is held rain, shine or snow! Please visit the website for registration. T-shirt/bib/goodie bag pick up will occur at the Firemen’s Park New Shelter on Thurs., Nov. 13 between 1pm-4pm. and Friday Nov. 14 between 9a.m. – 4p.m.
