Free Day at Museum of WI Art

Join MOWA for their upcoming Community Free Day on Saturday, July 12, a special event that reflects the museum’s mission to make art accessible and meaningful to everyone in the community. The Museum of Wisconsin Art’s Community Free Day is generously sponsored by Potawatomi’s Heart of Canal Street program. Admission is free throughout the entire day for all visitors. From 9:30–4:00, participate in hands-on art activities inspired by celebrated Wisconsin artists. Guests of all ages are invited to design surreal animal collages, craft tie-dye pencil pouches, and bring artwork to life with a puppetry workshop inspired by Lon Michels’s Dancing Bear.
